1. Reservation & Check-In Policy

• Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs).
• Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (11:00 hrs).
• Direct Booking Priority: Guests booking directly on jkmhotels.com receive complimentary early check-in (from 11:00 AM) and late check-out (until 2:00 PM), subject to room availability upon arrival.
• Mandatory Guest ID: In accordance with government tourism guidelines, every adult guest must present a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as address proof.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Flexible Direct Rate: Direct reservations can be cancelled with 100% full refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a 1-night retention charge.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method (bank account / UPI / card) within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Child & Extra Bed Policy

• Up to two children under 6 years of age stay on a complimentary basis sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Children aged 6 to 12 years and additional adults requiring an extra mattress or rollaway bed are charged as per the applicable extra guest tariff including breakfast.

4. Property Rules & Respect for Nature

• Zero Single-Use Plastic: In line with Himalayan eco-conservation, single-use plastic bottles are prohibited. Clean, UV-filtered mineral water is provided in sterilized glass carafes.
• Smoking Policy: All suites and enclosed dining venues are strictly non-smoking. Designated outdoor smoking zones are provided on estate grounds.
• Swimming Pool & Safaris: Guests must follow safety guidelines provided by lifeguards at heated pools and government-licensed naturalists during Jim Corbett jungle safaris.
